Christi Rushnell is a dedicated Health Care Information Technology Executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in supporting and managing information technology organizations. In 2012 Christi founded CRD Consulting, LLC and has been partnering with healthcare organizations since then, leading large initiatives for her clients. Progressively throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to successfully lead and managed challenging and equally rewarding projects by utilizing a highly effective decision-making style that generates positive and lasting results. Christi’s passion for uncovering new tools to streamline health-care operations has led her to partner with operators and clinicians who are equally enthusiastic about using technology to reach those in need of the care they provide.

As a proven leader in health information technology, Christi is well versed in governance planning and execution, strategic planning, managing assigned budget centers, vendor relationship management, business analysis, change management, infrastructure management, operational management and staff development, all while ensuring proper use of advanced health care technology solutions in healthcare settings.

Christi holds a Master of Business Administration; Health Services Management degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and bachelor’s in business administration from Bradley University. She is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institutes and is a Fellow with the HIMSS organization holding the CPHIMS certification earned from that organization.
